People who send alerts must either have a smartphone set up with the Wearsafe App, or they must be near a configured voice-activated stationary device using Amazon Alexa. To complete initial setup and to manage an account a compatible smartphone is required.
Contacts receive text message and email notifications for Check-ins and Red Alerts based on the Account Owner's settings and can interact with alerts in any modern web browser on a smartphone, tablet, or computer. Account Owners will also receive app-based alerts on their logged-in smartphone.
Contacts should only install the Wearsafe app if they purchase a Wearsafe Tag SOS button for their own use.
