These are the most common and likely reasons:
- Make sure you are using a good CR2032 battery, installed with the + facing out, and the battery cover is closed with the ◯ (dot) on the cover lined up with the 🔒 (closed lock) icon on the case.
- Make sure that you have turned on Bluetooth on your phone.
- Make sure the Tag you’re pairing is right next to your phone. When other Tags are nearby, the closest Tag will appear.
- Make sure that the newest version of the Wearsafe App is installed.
