Wearsafe subscriptions are available four ways. Subscribers, the people who send out alerts, can open the Wearsafe App, tap more, then tap Account Information, and see their expiration date.
Lifetime subscriptions will show they do not expire on the account information screen. All other types will show a specific date. If you have a prepaid, expiring subscription, we will notify you by email shortly before your subscription expires with instructions on how to start a new, renewing subscription.
Tap the manage subscription button to find out more. If your subscription is paid by you through the iTunes Store or Google Play Store, you will jump to your account profile for that store. If your subscription is paid by you directly to Wearsafe, you will jump to your payment portal where you can make updates. If your subscription is billed directly by Wearsafe to a different email address than your user account, the person who has that billing email address can log in to the Wearsafe payment portal using the billing email to make changes.
