The Account Owner can follow these steps to change their Alert PIN. They will need to have access to the Wearsafe App and the email account set up for the account:
- In the App, tap the Menu button in the top left
- Tap My App Info
- Scroll down and tap Change Alert PIN
- The system will send an email with a link to start a reset.
- Open the email, subject "Reset Pin Request for Wearsafe" delivered from email@example.com
- Tap the RESET PIN button
- A web page will open. Enter the new Alert PIN and re-type it to confirm
- Tap SUBMIT on the web page.
You can now use the new PIN to turn off alerts, including any alert that is already active.
